Business Process Review
Through a systematic review of your business, we gather information enabling us to recommend an optimal system set-up. We work with you to collaboratively recap corporate assessment and needs, identify project success factors, define the project team, define functional requirements and create a statement of work.
System Design, Configuration and Setup
We work with you to configure PROMYS to satisfy your unique business needs. We tailor your PROMYS CRM solution; business processes, data fields, access privileges, and reports are built to your specifications.
Advanced Integration
We design and create interfaces between PROMYS and source data from back office systems, ERP, MLP, etc.
Training Services
PROMYS is easy to use; only minimal user training is required. However, we’re dedicated to your business’ success and offer a number of training resources.
Data Migration and Deployment
We ensure that all customer data is accurately and completely transferred to PROMYS. We identify data sources and types, map a physical data model and convert and cleanse the data. We test the conversion to PROMYS and only when you are satisfied with the results, we cut over to the live system.
Post-Implementation Support
