GeNUIT is pleased to announce the launch of PROMYS 4.3
The latest PROMYS release features significant enhancements to the existing Sales Management and Order Administration modules.
The following list highlights just a few new features of PROMYS 4.3:
Print Group – Group line item details on the Quote, Quote Template, Sales Order, Change Order Request, Invoice and Credit Memo for fast, convenient printing
Line of Business – Report Sales Revenue for different lines of business
Limits of Authority – Trigger an approval process if Quote, Change Order Request or Purchase Order exceeds threshold limits. Limits of Authority is an optional feature that disables print and email functionality until the process has been approved by an authorized user
Email – Send emails directly from PROMYS without having to launch and synch with Microsoft® Outlook
Email Project and Service Call Assignment – At the touch of a button, generate emails with a hyperlink to the Assignments form
Consolidated View of Company/Division/Contact – Consolidate all Sales, Service and Project related activities in one view
Milestone Setup – Customize the description and probability of sales milestones in PROMYS to correspond with the milestones used by your organization
Contractor Portal – Improve contractor access. The Contractor Portal provides contract workers with a Web-based interface to upload documents and attach them to Project and Service Call Assignments
New reporting functionality includes the following:
